Organisation Development Network Malaysia (ODNM)- Leadership & Employees Well-being
ODNM held their monthly sharing session on Thursday, 20 September 2018 at BAC’s KL Campus. The topic of discussion “Leadership & Employees Well-being” within the scope of organisation development was facilitated by Isaac Peter Selvaraj, founder of ODNM. The guest speaker, Mr James McCulloch is the Director of Leadership of Inspire Group, an award winning market leader in leadership and learning solutions founded in New Zealand.
The session was attended by 29 participants who were divided into four groups, each with a different topic within the spectrum of leadership. Based on the brief presentation by Mr James, each group presented their own ideas and views about leadership to other participants. It was concluded that two key qualities that are vital for a leader to maintain an organisation’s success and sustainability are the ability to INSPIRE and DIRECT employees.
The Make It Right Movement (MIRM) supported the session by providing assistance in booking of the venue and the provision of meals.
ODNM is a community of organisation development practitioners. Their vision is to promote the mindset of organisation development in Malaysia.
