Women of Will: Women of Will Entrepreneurship Development (WOWED) Advanced Skills Program- Importance of 5 year plan
Women of Will (WOW) organised their first Women of Will Entrepreneurship Development (WOWED) Advanced Skills Program for women in business on the importance of developing own business mission, vision and having a sustainable business plan for the next 5 years.
This complimentary program took place at the PJ Campus of Brickfields Asia College. There were altogether 6 sessions for this program. The first in this series was attended by 25 B40 women from PPRT Lembah Subang. They were then divided equally into 5 different groups. Each group was headed by an experienced women leader who is assigned to guide and mentor them throughout the 6 session.
During the first session, the participants were guided on the importance of developing their own mission, vision and the business plan for the next 5 years. This will indirectly help them measure their progress and achieve their goal in relation to their business.
The venue was supported by The Make It Right Movement (MIRM).
WOW is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that aims to transform the lives of less-fortunate women in Malaysia and their communities. These women are single mothers, widows, abandoned or abused women and women with incapacitated husbands living in poverty.
